When purchasing a license from the Autodesk App Store, you need to be logged into an Autodesk Account. After the license is purchased, you'll be shown a button that says Download under the Buy Now button. You can come back at anytime and this button will still be available to the account that purchased the license.
You'll need to go the app listing on the Autodesk App Store at https://apps.autodesk.com/NAVIS/en/Detail/Index?id=6316248258681260984
